Create your account and start mining in minutes

Create Your Account
Open the app and tap Register. Enter a username (3–20 characters), email address, and a strong password. If you have a referral code, enter it now to receive a bonus.

Start Your First Mining Session
Tap the Tap to Mine button on the home screen. Your 24-hour mining session begins immediately. The app will accumulate FFC while the session runs — even if you close the app.

Collect Your Earnings
After 24 hours, return to the app and tap Collect to receive your mined FizzFlip Coins (FFC). Start a new session immediately to keep earning.

Verify Your Email
Once your balance reaches 500 FFC, verify your email through the side menu. Email verification is required to unlock withdrawals and transfers.

Mining happens automatically on the server — you don't need to keep the app open. The session timer runs for exactly 24 hours after you start. After collection, start a new session immediately to avoid downtime.
Tip: Start a new mining session immediately after collecting to maximize your daily FFC earnings. Every hour of downtime is coins you could be earning.

Boosts temporarily double your mining rate to 2× for 1 hour. Activate a boost by watching a rewarded ad.

The popup shows your registered email. Tap Send Verification Code to receive a 6-digit code by email.

Enter the Code
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code. Enter all 6 digits in the app. The code expires in 10 minutes.

Your email is now verified. The button changes to ✓ Email Verified and withdrawals are unlocked.

VIP Lifetime membership is a one-time in-app purchase. Once activated, your VIP status never expires. Purchase through Menu → VIP in the app.

Customize your profile with a preset or your own photo
Tap your avatar circle at the top of the side menu to open the avatar picker. Choose from:
- Preset Avatars — 16 colorful illustrated avatars, apply instantly
- Gallery Photo — pick a photo from your device gallery
- Camera Photo — take a new photo with your camera
Your avatar appears in your profile and on leaderboards. Uploaded photos are stored securely on our server and resized to 512px automatically.
Withdrawals
Convert your FFC to real money
Withdrawals require: VIP membership + verified email + minimum 1,000 FFC balance.

Ensure you are VIP, email is verified, and balance is at least 1,000 FFC.

Open Withdraw
Go to Menu → Withdraw. Select your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, etc.).

Enter Details
Enter your account number, account holder name, and amount. Double-check your account details — incorrect details may result in lost funds.

Wait for Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours. Approved: funds sent. Rejected: FFC refunded to your balance.
You can only have one pending withdrawal at a time. Submit a new request only after the current one is processed.
Coin Transfer
Send FFC directly to other users
VIP members with verified email can transfer FFC directly to other users via Menu → Withdraw → Transfer tab.

Join or create a team to earn a team bonus on all your mining. The more active members your team has, the bigger the bonus.

Why isn't my mining counter updating?

Mining happens on the server — your counter updates when the app syncs with the server. Pull down to refresh, or close and reopen the app. Your coins are being earned even when the counter appears frozen.
I didn't receive my email verification code.

Check your spam/junk folder first. The code expires in 10 minutes — request a new one if needed (wait 5 minutes between requests). If you still don't receive it, contact support with your username.
My account is locked to another device. What do I do?

For security, accounts are linked to one device. If you changed your phone or reinstalled the app, contact support at support@fizzflip.com with your username and email. We'll transfer your account to the new device.
How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours. If your withdrawal is rejected, your FFC is automatically refunded to your balance. Make sure your account details are correct before submitting.
What is the value of 1 FFC?

FizzFlip Coins (FFC) are virtual in-app rewards. Their withdrawal value may vary and is set by FizzFlip. The value is indicated in the withdrawal section of the app. FFC is not a cryptocurrency and has no guaranteed real-world value.
Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each device is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is against our Terms of Service and may result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?

Common reasons: incorrect account details, account under review for suspicious activity, or insufficient verification. Your FFC is refunded automatically on rejection. Contact support if you believe it was an error.
How do I change my password?

Go to Menu → Settings → Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
