We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• We do not require a home address for normal app use. When you request a withdrawal, we collect the payout details you choose to provide, which may include an account-holder name, JazzCash mobile number, PayPal email, bank/IBAN details, or USDT wallet address.
• Passwords are stored as encrypted hashes — we cannot read them
• Device ID is used solely to prevent multi-account fraud on one device
• IP addresses are logged temporarily for security rate-limiting only

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the FizzFlip Miner app:

• To create and manage your account
• To track your FizzFlip Coin (FFC) mining sessions and balances
• To process withdrawal and transfer requests
• To send important account notifications (welcome email, email verification, password reset, withdrawal confirmation, and VIP purchase confirmation)
• To display leaderboards and team rankings
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or cheating
• To send optional push notifications about mining rewards (can be disabled)

FizzFlip Coins (FFC) are the in-app reward currency of FizzFlip Miner. Please read the following carefully:

• FFC is earned by completing 24-hour mining sessions in the app
• VIP members earn coins at 2× the base rate
• Boost activations temporarily increase mining rate for 1 hour
• Withdrawal of FFC requires a minimum balance of 10,000 FFC
• Withdrawals are available to VIP members only with verified email
• All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours
• FizzFlip reserves the right to adjust FFC values, rates, and withdrawal terms at any time
• FFC balances may be forfeited if accounts are found to violate our Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for FFC lost due to user error in withdrawal details

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Hosting providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
• Leaderboards: Your username and FFC balance may be visible to other users on public leaderboards
• Team Features: Team members can see your username and mining status

We never share your email address, device ID, or transaction history with other users.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with cost factor 12 — never stored in plain text
• Authentication uses secure time-limited tokens (7-day expiry)
• HMAC-SHA256 signatures on mining actions to prevent tampering
• Rate limiting and device locking to prevent unauthorized access
• All suspicious activity is logged and reviewed

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Update your email or username through the app settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support
• Portability: Request your mining history and transaction data in a readable format
• Opt-Out: Disable push notifications at any time in your device settings

FizzFlip Miner is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information from our systems.

FizzFlip may send push notifications to your device for:

• Mining session completion reminders
• Daily bonus availability alerts
• Important account security alerts
• New features and app updates

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app or earn FFC.

FizzFlip uses the following third-party services:

FizzFlip may display advertising through Google AdMob in the Android app and Google AdSense on selected public website content pages. We do not place AdSense inventory on account, withdrawal, admin, or other private transaction screens.

In the Android app, AdMob may appear in the following forms:

• Rewarded ads: optional — you choose to watch these in exchange for in-app Energy (see Section 3). Never required to use the app.
• Interstitial ads: occasional full-screen ads shown at natural pauses in gameplay, such as after collecting mining rewards.
• Banner ads: small ads shown at the bottom of some screens.
• App-open ads: occasionally shown when you return to the app after using another app.

To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob may collect your advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP address), device information, and app interaction data. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, not stored on our servers. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device's system settings (Settings → Ads).

Where required by law (including in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we request advertising/privacy consent through a Google-certified consent platform before using consent-dependent advertising technologies. You can revisit available privacy choices through the mechanisms provided by Google or your device/browser settings.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about how they handle your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Significant changes will be notified via push notification or email
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
