By downloading, installing, or using FizzFlip Miner (the "App") or our website at fizzflip.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

⛏ Description of Service

FizzFlip Miner is a mobile and web application that allows users to earn virtual FizzFlip Coins (FFC) through server-side mining sessions. The Service includes daily mining, boost activation, team features, leaderboards, achievements, and a spin wheel.

Mining in FizzFlip is entirely server-side — no processing occurs on your device, and no cryptocurrency is mined.

🪙 FizzFlip Coins (FFC)

• FFC are earned through in-app mining sessions and activities
• FFC have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency except as expressly permitted through the withdrawal system
• FizzFlip reserves the right to adjust FFC values, exchange rates, and withdrawal terms at any time without notice
• FFC balances may be forfeited if accounts violate these Terms
• Unused FFC do not expire but may be affected by account termination
• We are not responsible for FFC lost due to user error in withdrawal details

👤 User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You may only create one account per device
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• Account sharing or transferring accounts to others is prohibited
• Each account is linked to one device for security purposes

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral systems
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Attempting to manipulate mining sessions, coin balances, or any game mechanics
• Submitting false withdrawal information
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts to third parties

💳 In-App Purchases

• VIP Lifetime membership is a one-time non-refundable in-app purchase of $4.99
• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy
• VIP benefits are tied to your account and do not transfer to other accounts
• We reserve the right to modify VIP benefits with reasonable notice
• Purchases are not refundable except as required by applicable law

💰 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to VIP members with verified email only
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 FFC
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
• We reserve the right to reject withdrawals for any reason including suspected fraud
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment account details
• FizzFlip is not liable for funds sent to incorrect details provided by the user
• Withdrawal rates and methods may change at any time
• Excessive withdrawals or suspicious activity may result in account review

⛔ Termination

FizzFlip reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund. Banned accounts forfeit all FFC balances.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and all associated FFC and data will be lost.

⚖️ Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FizzFlip does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings rates, or the continued availability of any feature.

• We are not responsible for any loss of FFC due to technical issues, server downtime, or bugs
• Mining rates may change at any time
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the last 12 months
